We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the Service.

• Account information: email address, password hash, display name (optional).
• Usage information: search queries entered, list of saved documents, search history.
• Payment information: payment instrument details such as card numbers are not stored by the Company; they are handled by a third-party payment provider. We receive and retain only payment result data such as success or failure, amount and subscription status.
• Technical information: access IP, browser and device information, access time and other logs necessary for operating and securing the Service.

• Creating and authenticating accounts and providing features according to subscription status.
• Generating legal information search results and providing search history and saved documents.
• Improving search quality and citation accuracy, and analysing causes of errors.
• Processing payments and refunds and meeting statutory obligations such as tax accounting.
• Detecting and responding to abuse, automated misuse and security threats.
• Sending essential notices about service changes, incidents and policy revisions.

• Account information: retained until account closure, then deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
• Search history: retained for 12 months from last use; deleted immediately upon request.
• Payment records: retained for up to 5 years as required by applicable law.
• Access logs: retained for up to 6 months and then deleted.

The Company does not sell personal information. We provide it to third parties or entrust processing only to the extent strictly necessary to operate the Service, as follows.

• Payment providers: for authorization, cancellation and refund processing.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: for service operation and data storage.
• Legal requirements: where investigative or administrative authorities make a request under applicable law or lawful process.
