Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of payment. If the service has barely been used (less than 20% of the monthly search quota), a full refund is granted as a rule.

The Free plan involves no payment and is therefore not eligible. Annual payments are likewise refundable within 14 days of the payment date.

Send your account email, payment date and reason for the refund to [email protected]. We will reply with the outcome of our review within 3 business days of receipt.

Once approved, the refund is processed through the payment provider within 7–14 business days. The actual crediting date depends on the settlement schedule of your card issuer or payment method.

If you cancel mid-month, we deduct the amount corresponding to the days actually used on a pro-rata basis and refund the balance.

If an annual payment is cancelled early, elapsed months are deducted at the standard monthly rate and the amount for the remaining period is refunded.

Refunds may be restricted in the following cases.

• Requests made more than 14 days after the payment date.
• Repeated pay-then-refund requests by the same user (more than twice a year).
• Accounts restricted for prohibited conduct under the Terms (bulk crawling, resale of outputs, etc.).
• Periods used with promotional codes or free credits.
• Requests made after a substantial part of the monthly search quota has been consumed (reviewed case by case).
