Terms of Service

The Service searches publicly available Chinese laws, regulations, judicial interpretations and case materials, and presents summaries together with the governing articles. It is a legal information search and summarization service.

The Service does not provide legal judgment or representation for individual cases, and no attorney–client relationship arises between the Company and the user. Specific matters must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer.

• Users must register with accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Accounts belong to individuals; users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.
• Accounts may not be shared beyond the seat count of the Team plan.
• Users must notify the Company immediately if account misuse is suspected.
• Persons under 14 may not use the Service without the consent of a legal guardian.

• Bulk crawling, scraping or circumventing access controls using automated tools.
• Reselling Service outputs or using them for a competing service without the Company's permission.
• Presenting Service results as legal advice or causing others to believe so.
• Entering other people's personal or confidential information without authorization.
• Compromising or probing the security or stability of the Service infrastructure.
• Any use that violates laws or infringes the rights of others.

Information from the Service is for reference only and has no legal effect. The Company does not warrant that materials are current, complete or accurate; there may be a lag between legislative amendments and updates to the source database.

Users are responsible for decisions made on the basis of Service information and for their consequences. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages.

• Paid plans are prepaid on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically at the end of each cycle.
• You may cancel before the next renewal date and retain access for the remainder of the paid period.
• If payment repeatedly fails, the Company may suspend paid features.
• Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next renewal cycle.
• Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy.

Rights in the Service interface, index structure, summarization logic, trademarks and logos belong to the Company. Copyright in public materials such as statutory texts belongs to their respective issuing bodies.

Rights in search queries entered and documents saved by users belong to those users; the Company uses them only to the extent necessary to provide the Service and improve its quality.

The Company may improve or change Service features and will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes or discontinuation. The Service may be temporarily interrupted without prior notice due to maintenance, faults, force majeure or other unavoidable causes.

These Terms are construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to the Service are resolved first through negotiation between the parties. Failing agreement, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business shall have jurisdiction. Consumer protection rights granted by the laws of the user's place of residence are not restricted.
